True Confession

If you haven't guessed already, the following Small Wonder cartoon was inspired by the recent Viper publication of Josh Howard's aptly-named book, Josh Howard Presents Sasquatch.

As a kid, I would read or watch anything having to do with Bigfoot, UFOs, Nessie, and/or the Bermuda Triangle. Soaked it right up. And it HAD to be true. I mean, Charles Burlitz wouldn't publish it if it weren't, right? ... right?

By the way, this comic references a monster seen in a certain, creepy tv series from the 70s.

All of a sudden there's a lot of Sasquatch out there. You, that jerky company's commericals... What's it all mean!?

Yeah, it is funny how these creatures go in and out of vogue. One year it's Nessie, another Sasquatch.

I'm waiting for snipe hunting to make a comeback.
