It's kind of like if you were a really racist person, but then you learned the person you were racist against wasn't actually that race, but just looked like it because of a disease? Well, if you were really that racist you could argue that being that race itself was a disease, but that's just being hypothetical racist and we don't have people like that anymore. It is not in fashion. But hypothetically, I bet you would feel really bad when you found out they were just sick.
