Her name is Belphegor. She'll do you harm by doing nothing. Her flaming tail of hellfire will reduce your house to ashes as she stares and grins at your misfortune.
Looks more like a frown, but that's a grin. She's so evil, her grin looks like a frown. Hahaha.
